FOR PATIENTS
JetHealth helps patients remember what was said, asked, and answered - then organize what matters across doctors, visits, portals, caregivers, and time.
Some healthcare is simple. But when you have recurring visits, multiple providers, medication changes, labs, procedures, symptoms, follow-ups, or family members helping with care, memory alone is not enough.

BUILT FOR
JetHealth is designed for people whose healthcare does not fit neatly into one appointment, one clinic, or one portal. It may be especially useful for patients managing frequent care, often 6+ health visits per year
See multiple doctors, specialists, therapists, or clinics
Have chronic, recurring, or complex health needs
Manage medications, supplements, labs, symptoms, or follow-ups
Get care across more than one portal or provider network
Need to explain prior care to a new doctor or second-opinion provider
Want a clearer way to remember what actually happened during appointments
Have family members or caregivers helping you stay on track
ACROSS PROVIDERS & PORTALS
Your care may happen across primary care, specialists, urgent care, telehealth, imaging centers, physical therapy, labs, dentists, out-of-state providers, and second opinions.
Those visits may not all live in the same portal. Even when they do, portal notes are usually written for provider documentation, billing, and care-team workflows - not as a patient-friendly memory of what you heard, asked, and need to do next
JetHealth is built to follow the patient across care settings.
AFTER THE VISITS
Remember what changed, how to take it, and why it was discussed.
Track next appointments, referrals, labs, imaging, procedures, and check-ins.
Keep track of what to watch and when to call your provider.
Use prior visits to prepare better questions for future appointments.
FAMILY SHARING
Many patients do not manage healthcare alone. A spouse, adult child, parent, sibling, friend, or caregiver may need to understand what happened at an appointment - even if they were not in the room.
JetHealth includes patient-controlled family sharing in the beta. A patient can share visit information with trusted family members, caregivers, or friends so the people helping with care can understand what was discussed, what changed, and what needs to happen next.
This is especially powerful for elder-care situations. When an elderly parent goes to an appointment alone, adult children should not have to rely on memory, a rushed phone call, or incomplete notes. JetHealth can help trusted family members receive a clearer record of the visit soon after it happens.
The same idea applies to families with children. When one parent takes a child to the doctor and the other parent is not there, JetHealth can help preserve an objective summary of what was discussed and what followup is needed. This can be especially helpful in split-household or co-parenting situations where clear, neutral information matters.

CONTEXT FOR FUTURE PROVIDERS
When you see a new provider, get a second opinion, or return months later for follow-up, you may be asked to explain what happened before. JetHealth helps you carry better context into those conversations.
JetHealth's Clinical View can organize patient-held visit information in APSO/SOAP-style format, making it easier to share context with a provider when appropriate. This does not make JetHealth provider-side charting software; it means patient-owned information can be provider-readable when needed.

PATIENT OWNED & PRIVATE
JetHealth is being built around patient ownership and privacy-first design. It helps patients organize their own healthcare conversations and next steps, but it does not replace doctors, provider portals, or medical advice from licensed clinicians.
