JOIN JETHEALTH EARLY ACCESS
JetHealth is looking for thoughtful early users who have real healthcare use cases and are willing to help us improve the product through constructive feedback.
We are especially interested in patients, caregivers, and families who manage multiple appointments, chronic or complex conditions, specialist visits, second opinions, or care coordination across different doctors and health systems. This is not about collecting the largest possible waitlist. We are looking for the right early users: people who will actually use JetHealth in real medical settings and help us understand what works, what needs improvement, and what would make the app more useful.
WHO IS A GOOD FIT
JetHealth's value shows up in real, repeated healthcare situations. Early access is most useful for the patients and caregivers below.
People who expect to have several medical appointments per year and want a better way to remember what was discussed, what questions they asked, and what they need to do next.
Patients coordinating ongoing care, medications, labs, imaging, specialist visits, or treatment plans — where details accumulate and matter over time.
Parents, adult children, spouses, or trusted caregivers helping someone else manage appointments, instructions, follow-ups, and medical details.
Patients who need to keep track of detailed conversations across multiple providers, portals, or care teams — where context from one visit shapes the next.
Early users willing to send constructive feedback, screenshots, examples, and real-world use cases to help improve JetHealth. This part matters as much as the use case itself.
WHAT EARLY USERS RECEIVE
Early access is an invitation to help shape something — not a free trial of a finished product. Here's what comes with it.
WHAT WE ASK IN RETURN
In exchange for early access, we're looking for users who'll engage thoughtfully with the product and help us learn from real healthcare moments.
In exchange for early access
Use JetHealth in real healthcare situations — not just to test the app in the abstract.
Send specific, constructive feedback — what happened, what you expected, and what would have made it better.
Explain situations clearly — the device used, the healthcare context, and the moment the experience could have been better.
Share feature ideas with clear use cases — what problem it would solve, and who it would help.
Help us understand how JetHealth can better support patients, caregivers, and families in real care.
What "specific" looks like
HELPFUL
"I used JetHealth during a specialist appointment and wanted an easier way to track follow-up labs."
LESS USEFUL
"I didn't like it."
Screenshots, examples, and detailed use cases are especially valuable. The more grounded in a real situation, the better we can act on it.
During beta testing, Apple TestFlight may collect crash logs, diagnostics, usage information, and feedback submitted through TestFlight. Please avoid submitting screenshots, recordings, transcripts, or feedback that includes sensitive medical information unless specifically requested. When possible, use non-sensitive examples or de-identified feedback.

DISCLAIMER
Early-access invitations may be limited and prioritized based on fit, use case, and willingness to provide constructive feedback. If you're a patient, caregiver, or family member with a real healthcare situation in mind — even if you're not sure whether you "qualify" — we'd still like to hear from you. We'd rather have the right early users than the most users.
