Built from the patient side of healthcare.

Built from the patient side of healthcare.

JetHealth grew out of real doctor visits, real follow-up complexity, and a simple problem: patients and families need a better way to remember what was said, what they asked, how the doctor answered, and what they're supposed to do next.

Healthcare information often moves through portals, provider notes, lab systems, specialist visits, and family conversations. But patients still live in the space between those systems. JetHealth is being built to help patients capture, understand, organize, search, share, and follow through after doctor visits - in a way they own and can carry forward.

THE ORIGIN

The idea started with real appointments.

The idea started with real appointments.

JetHealth began with a practical patient problem. After managing a growing number of medical visits and trying generic AI tools to record and summarize appointments, Braun Mincher saw both the promise and the limitations of general-purpose note-taking.

A transcript was useful. A summary was helpful. But healthcare needed something more specific: a patient-owned health memory that could organize medications, conditions, symptoms, follow-ups, labs, procedures, providers, vitals, allergies, questions, answers, and next steps over time.

With firsthand experience as a patient, a spouse who is a physician, close relationships with healthcare professionals, and family members navigating real medical complexity, Braun saw the same gap from multiple angles. Provider records are important. But patients and families still need a better way to remember, understand, share, and follow through after visits.

JetHealth wasn't created from a whiteboard theory. It started with the real-world frustration of trying to remember and act on healthcare conversations after the appointment ends.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Provider records are important. Patient memory is different.

Provider records are important. Patient memory is different.

Doctor portals and clinical records are essential, but they are usually designed for provider workflows, documentation, billing, compliance, and care-team communication.

HOW WE OPERATE

A founder-led startup with a working beta foundation.

A founder-led startup with a working beta foundation.

JetHealth is a new brand being built from a working beta foundation. The product is being refined, rebranded, and expanded around a clear vision: patient-owned health memory for doctor visits.

The company is intentionally lean, supported by experienced contractors, advisors, beta users, and product collaborators. That structure allows JetHealth to move quickly, learn from real patients and caregivers, and focus on solving a specific healthcare memory problem before expanding too broadly.

Small team. Real product. Focused mission.

That mix matters. The product has to be understandable for patients, useful for caregivers, credible around clinical information, and practical enough to fit into real life.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Four ideas that shape JetHealth.

Four ideas that shape JetHealth.

Patients deserve memory they can use

Patients deserve memory they can use

A doctor visit shouldn't disappear into memory, paperwork, or a portal note that wasn't written for the patient.

Families need better ways to stay aligned.

Families need better ways to stay aligned.

Care often involves spouses, adult children, parents, friends, and caregivers who weren't in the room but still need to understand what happened.

Healthcare AI should help patients, not just systems.

Healthcare AI should help patients, not just systems.

Provider workflows matter, but patients also need tools that help them understand and act on their own care.

The visit is only the beginning.

The visit is only the beginning.

The real work often happens after the appointment: medications, labs, follow-ups, symptoms to watch, questions to ask, and next steps to complete.
